Efficient, got taken back right away.
Felt like I was rushed, cape was removed prior to back of head trimming so I got full of hair, 30 bucks for less than 10 minutes in the chair is steep

My stylist was fantastic
I thought this was going to be free since my last haircut was horrible and I had to have it fixed, instead I got a free MVP upgrade because I didn't get that the last time? It's really okay, I didn't want to go there this time and I for sure won't be going back.
To be clear, the stylist was great.
