My stylist, Rachel, was pleasant and professional. Since she has been my stylist before, she was already aware of my normal styling.
Some of the chairs and the basins that are used for washing the hair don't always seem to align properly.

Cut took literally 5 minutes. Unfortunately, this is a really bad thing. Neck is not trimmed completely (I'm not overly hairy). I get a 5 on top blended to a 2 on the sides... Not a complex cut by any means, but there are at least 5-6 spots that look like they were missed...I normally get good cuts from sport clips, but not this time.

This was my first time at Sports Clips and I was truly impressed. Not only was my stylist (Nikki) attentive and pleasant, all of the other people in the store were pleasant as well. I will be sure to return as this was the best haircut I have had in a long time.
The only negative was my not helping to get the chair adjusted better when my hair was washed. That is why my shirt collar got a bit wet.
